I especially like the feature where you can add a journal entry and fill out what happened during each day. It also has a feature to add your menstrual cycle. All of this gives a broader picture of mood instability or stability for days, weeks and months. It can also be shared with a clinician by sending a link with a passcode. Highly recommend!

I love that it goes beyond just mood and lets you track sleep, medication, energy, and patterns all in one place. The long-term view is especially valuable because that’s where the real insights are.
