Reserve+ vs Army+: which app is for whom
Short answer: the difference is who the app is for. Reserve+ is for conscripts, people liable for military service and reservists: it holds the electronic military registration document, takes deferment requests and referrals to a military medical commission. Army+ is for people already serving: it holds the military document of a service member, takes electronic reports and gives courses. Both come from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

Who each app is for
Reserve+ is made for conscripts, people liable for military service and reservists. Army+ is made for military personnel to simplify everyday service. If you are not yet serving, you need Reserve+; once you serve, Army+ holds your service documents and reports.
Documents
In Reserve+ you sign in with BankID, add your phone, email and address and get the electronic military registration document. It shows your data from the Oberih register, such as whether you have a deferment, any breach of military registration rules and when you passed the medical commission, and the description says it has the same legal force as the paper temporary certificate, with a QR code that TCC staff or police can check. Army+ holds the official military registration document for members of the Armed Forces and the State Special Transport Service, to confirm service status at checkpoints and in institutions, plus a defender’s certificate for when the military document is unavailable.
Requests and reports
Reserve+ takes a deferment request, creates a referral to the military medical commission and lets you fix your data without visiting the TCC, and you can pick a vacancy in the Defence Forces. Army+ takes electronic reports without paper and tracks their status in real time, including a report for a new contract.
Extras in Army+
Army+ also has Pulse, a feed with explanations of rights and changes in service, courses with tests and certificates, such as drone air defence and electronic warfare basics, and anonymous surveys. Its Plus section gathers the national gratitude programme for military personnel.
