Apps for Ukrainian veterans and the military in 2026
For people liable for military service, the official app is Reserve+ from the Ministry of Defence: an electronic military registration document, deferment requests and referrals for a medical commission. Serving members use Army+, made by the Ministry of Defence with the General Staff, for their military document, electronic reports and the Pluses gratitude programme. For veterans, Я-УБД collects benefits, legal and psychological support lines and discounts, and Захист+ and VETERANam find businesses with veteran offers.

For people liable for military service: Reserve+
Reserve+ shows an electronic military registration document with data from the Oberih register, whether you have a deferment, any registration violations and when you passed the medical commission. It has the same legal force as the paper certificate, and TCC or police can check it by QR code. You sign in with BankID, and wrong data can be corrected without visiting a TCC.
For veterans: benefits, support and discounts
Я-УБД checks combat-veteran status through Diia and collects benefits and rights, legal support and hotlines, medical and psychological help and discounts; it says it is independent and not an official state app. Захист+ maps businesses in the «Тут шанують ветеранів» initiative and lists support lines. VETERANam collects business discounts for veterans and their families. БЕЗ МЕЖ, the app of the national programme of the same name, is in the App Store.
