Do you need a photo for a Ukrainian passport?
Often not. Ukraine’s State Migration Service says that from the age of 12 the photo for a foreign passport is taken at its office while the documents are processed, free of charge. For a child under 12, parents can have the photo taken there or bring a 10×15 cm colour photo. A phone app is most useful for visas, applications abroad, student cards and other documents where you supply the picture yourself.
