Voicemod lets you record voice messages with funny voice changers, such as a robot, a demon or a chipmunk, and share them in chat apps and social networks. It also has a library of meme sounds, with new ones added by the community, and lets you build your own soundboards.
Voloco: a vocal studio for singing and rap
Voloco turns the phone into a vocal studio: sing or rap over beats with voice effects and auto vocal tune in real time, remove background noise, record video with the effects on, and use Auto Mix, Auto Master and Auto Lyrics. It lists a Ukrainian interface in the App Store.
Can you change your voice during a call?
These apps record first and change the voice afterwards or while you record, then you share the result. Voicemod says plainly that its phone app does not work live in voice chat apps or games, and that real-time voice changing is in its desktop app for Windows and Mac.
