How to transfer an app to another developer account
Both stores let you move an app to another developer account without taking it off sale; if you want it off the store instead, see how to remove an app. On the App Store, your Account Holder starts the transfer in App Store Connect and the receiving Account Holder accepts it; the app keeps its reviews, ratings and Bundle ID, and users keep getting updates. On Google Play, you submit a transfer request with the registration transaction IDs of both accounts; users, statistics, ratings and subscriptions move with the app, and Google’s support team reviews requests within 2 business days. Each store has conditions to meet first, listed below from their help pages.

Frequently asked questions
Does an app keep its reviews after an App Store transfer?
Yes. Apple says the app keeps its reviews and ratings and its Bundle ID, stays available for download, and users continue to receive updates.
Can I transfer an app that has never been released?
Not on the App Store: the app must have at least one version released to the App Store and cannot be on pre-order.
How long does a Google Play app transfer take?
After the target developer approves the request, Google’s support team reviews and replies within 2 business days.
Do closed testing groups transfer on Google Play?
No. Open, closed, internal and internal sharing test groups cannot be transferred; you recreate them in the new account and testers may need to opt in again.
