Smartwatch and fitness band apps in 2026
The right app depends on the brand. Current Xiaomi and Redmi watches and bands pair with Mi Fitness; Mi Band is supported by Zepp Life, formerly Mi Fit. Amazfit uses Zepp, Huawei uses HUAWEI Health, Samsung Galaxy Watch uses Galaxy Wearable on Android, and Apple Watch pairs through the built-in Watch app. Many kids’ smartwatches pair with SeTracker.

Xiaomi, Mi Band and Amazfit
Mi Fitness supports the Xiaomi Watch, Redmi Watch, Xiaomi Smart Band and Redmi Smart Band series and tracks workouts, heart rate, sleep and stress. Zepp Life, formerly Mi Fit, supports Mi Band, Amazfit Bip and Mi scales. Zepp is the official Amazfit app and is free to use.
Huawei and Samsung
HUAWEI Health manages Huawei wearables and records over 100 sports. On iPhone it is in the App Store as HUAWEI Health: Europe; on Android it is not in Google Play, and Huawei points to AppGallery. Galaxy Wearable sets up Samsung Galaxy Watch on Android; a separate iPhone app, Samsung Galaxy Watch (Gear S), lists models up to Galaxy Watch3.
