Apps to track and send parcels in Ukraine
A carrier’s app shows where your parcel is and lets you send one without a paper form or a queue. Nova Poshta sorts all your parcels on one screen, shows the courier on a map and lets you forward a parcel or change who picks it up. Ukrposhta calculates the cost, creates shipments in Ukraine and abroad and finds the nearest branch with its hours. Meest POSHTA tracks parcels, shows branches and parcel lockers on a map and extends how long a parcel waits for you. All three have a Ukrainian interface.

Nova Poshta: every parcel on one screen
Nova Poshta sorts your parcels on the home screen with statuses and filters and lets you order Forwarding, Other recipient or Return if plans change. For courier delivery it shows the date and time, the courier on a map, an alert 15 minutes before arrival and a chat or call with the courier. You can create shipments in Ukraine and abroad, send them with a money transfer that the recipient gets to a card or in cash, and buy from foreign online stores through NP Shopping.
Ukrposhta: abroad and to small towns
Ukrposhta creates international shipments and prints invoices from the app, sends parcels within Ukraine including to remote settlements, calculates the shipping cost and takes card payment online. It finds the nearest branch on a map with postal codes and hours and tracks parcels along the way. Ukrposhta is also testing a new app, Ukrposhta 2.0, which pulls in your shipments by phone number without entering tracking numbers.
Meest POSHTA: lockers and flexible pickup
Meest POSHTA creates parcels online, tracks them around the clock, takes payment online and finds branches and parcel lockers on a map. You can redirect a parcel or change the recipient without visiting a branch, extend the storage period and get push notifications about status changes, and there is courier delivery too.
