WickControl: Candle Inventory

WickControl is an inventory and costing tool made for candle makers. Every jar of wax, spool of wick and bottle of fragrance oil you buy is logged as a purchase with price, supplier and shop link, and every batch you pour is logged as a write-off, so the app always knows how much material you have left and what it is worth. Batch cost is calculated using FIFO, the first-in, first-out method accountants use, and adding your markup shows the final price instantly.

Write-offs can be saved as drafts and only touch inventory when you complete them. It covers materials, not your time or packaging unless you log them, so true profit still needs that thought.
