Soloist: Online Client Booking

Soloist is a booking system for people who work by appointment: hairdressers, barbers, nail artists, massage therapists, tutors and personal trainers. You get your own booking page where clients choose a service and time around the clock, with buffers between appointments and an automatic confirmation, and clients can view, cancel or repeat bookings and add them to their calendar. Reviews are collected after each visit.

Reminders go out by SMS, and on Pro through your own Telegram bot with your name and avatar, which suits markets where clients live in Telegram. A client base with notes, photos and history, revenue reports and multi-specialist schedules make it work for a small salon too. Switching clients from phone calls to a booking link takes some patience, but it pays back in fewer no-shows.
