Install synappro breathe from the App Store on iPhone or iPad. It needs iOS 26 or later. There is no sign-up screen.
Start with one of the three built-in cycles, or build one custom cycle with phases up to 60 seconds each.
Choose the 300-particle animation or the single dot, turn the human voice guide and haptics on or off, and show or hide counters for time and cycles.
Set how many rounds to run with the repeat slider and start. Afterwards you can log your mood.
Streaks, total minutes and session counts sync through iCloud, and Apple Health can receive sessions as Mindful Minutes. synappro breathe is a wellbeing app, not a medical device: it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
