How to get started with Homfi, and answers to common questions

A quick start guide plus straight answers, all based on the app’s own listing.

The setup steps and answers below follow the live App Store listing and the developer’s site, checked on 2026-09-23. Homfi is free to use; the listing names no paid tier, so we quote no price.

Step 1 — Install

Install Homfi from the App Store (iPhone, iOS 15.1 or newer). It’s free to use.

Step 2 — Decide your side

Decide your side: post a request as a customer, or set up a provider profile as a worker or company.

Step 3 — Create a request

As a customer, create a request — describe the job, add location, date, budget, and photos.

Step 4 — Review offers and profiles

Review the offers that come back and open provider profiles (services, rate, experience, ratings).

Step 5 — Chat, agree, and track

Chat in-app to agree the details directly with a provider, and track the status of your request as it moves from posted to agreed. As a provider, complete your profile and area so nearby requests reach you.
