How to set up VISIT, and answers to common questions
A quick start guide plus straight answers, all based on the app's own listing.
The setup steps and answers below follow the app's own onboarding and listing, checked on 2026-09-23. It's free to start; Premium plans exist but the listing names no price.
Step 1 — Install
Install VISIT from the App Store; it needs an iPhone on iOS 15.1 or newer. It’s free to start.
Step 2 — Build your service list
Add each service you offer with its price and duration, so bookings carry the right details automatically.
Step 3 — Add your clients
Add clients with their contacts, notes, and any treatment history you want to keep in their card.
Step 4 — Start booking
Add appointments into the calendar and track availability as you go, so nothing double-books.
Step 5 — Team and finances
If you have a team, add members with their own logins and access settings. Review income, expenses, and service statistics to see how the business is doing, and consider Premium (1, 6, or 12 months) for the full functionality — the app shows current terms before you subscribe.
