StableFit PRO is built for personal trainers who coach people themselves, in the gym or online. It replaces the usual mix of spreadsheets, a messenger and a notebook with one place for client profiles, questionnaires, workout programs, body measurements, nutrition and chat. Clients get their own free app, and the two sync. We describe it by what the listing and the developer’s site say it does.
Everything here comes from the live App Store listing and the developer’s site stable-fit.com, both checked on 2026-10-01. The app is new, on the App Store since December 2025, so we judge it on features rather than reviews. Censuus ranks apps by the traffic they draw and by sponsorship, so paying also raises placement.
Each client gets a card with personal details, goals, notes on health and injuries, and your own notes. You can build questionnaires, send them to clients and read the answers in a structured view, which covers the intake step most trainers still run through a form and a chat.
StableFit includes a library of ready-made workouts you can use as they are, adapt, or replace with your own. You assign an individual plan to each client and see which sessions they completed. According to the developer, the app also collects feedback after a workout, so you can adjust the load without a separate round of messages.
Clients log their weight and body measurements in their app, and you see the trend as charts. Before and after photos give a visual record, and the app reminds clients when it is time to add new measurements, so you are not the one chasing them.
Clients can log meals by hand, from a photo or by barcode, and the app calculates calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates, including an AI estimate for foods. Targets are calculated from the client’s data and goals, and you see the totals without asking for screenshots.
A built-in chat keeps the conversation next to the program and the progress data, instead of in a separate messenger. Clients install the free client app, accept your invitation, and see the program for today, their nutrition, measurements and the chat. Trainer and client can be on different platforms.
The developer lists StableFit as free for up to three clients with no card required, then $20 a month or $100 a year, paid as an in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play, where prices can differ by country. It is a tool for one trainer, not a studio system: there is no group class booking, no front-desk checkout and no white-label branded app.
StableFit PRO is a focused, affordable way for a solo trainer to move clients, programs, progress and chat into one app, with a free tier that covers a first few clients and an interface in Ukrainian as well as English. It is young, and it is not built for gyms or for selling your own branded app. For the wider field, see our roundup of personal trainer apps and of health and fitness apps.
