Steps follow the flow described on stable-fit.com and in the App Store listing, both checked on 2026-10-01. Answers repeat what the developer states, with nothing added.
Install StableFit PRO from the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone it needs iOS 14 or later.
Register, then add your first client. They receive an invitation to sign up in the client app, and once they do, programs, progress and chat sync between you.
Build a questionnaire and send it to the client; the answers appear in a structured view on their card.
Pick a ready workout from the library, adapt it or create your own, and assign an individual plan. You will see completed sessions as the client logs them.
Measurements, photos and meals logged by the client appear on your side as charts and macro totals, and the app reminds clients when measurements are due. For other options, see personal trainer apps.
