Step 1 — Install
Install FoodsPlans from the App Store; it needs an iPhone on iOS 15.0 or newer. It’s free to start.
Step 2 — Save your dishes
Save your go-to dishes and organize them into lists with custom categories. Optionally add photos or generate dish images with AI so the collection looks tidy.
Step 3 — Plan the week
Open the weekly planner and drag dishes into meal slots, and create multiple weeks to plan ahead.
Step 4 — Generate the grocery list
Pick a week, set the number of people, and generate a grocery list grouped by category. Check off items as you shop.
Step 5 — Share with family or a partner
Optionally share a dish list with family or a partner so they can subscribe and stay in sync with your latest updates.
