Clink is a custom keyboard for iPhone and iPad where almost everything can be changed. Themes range from simple to metal keys, raised 3D keycaps and translucent glass, with colours, fonts, gradients, outlines and key shapes set separately for light and dark mode, photo backgrounds and art on individual keys. Layouts include QWERTY, AZERTY, QWERTZ, Dvorak and language layouts, with a number row, split and one-handed modes, adjustable size and custom keys.
Themes can be exported and shared, and a live preview lets you type while editing. As with any third-party keyboard, iOS limits where it can appear, such as password fields, and full access deserves a look at the privacy terms. People who want a keyboard that feels like their own, or need a layout the system keyboard lacks, are the audience.
I absolutely love the insane amount of tweaking that is possible, probably by far the best keyboard app for iphone. Love the scripts, adding repos, huge potential, just needs a bigger community. Huge fan of the seasonal themes like the current Halloween one, would love to see it continue. Only issues is stability, seems to crash a fair bit, I’m sure will be addressed in future updates. Keep up the good work 👍
KonradN64I’m not the type of person to leave a review but wow. I went through about almost 10 different apps and this one is by far the best and the cheapest. I purchased it immediately and it was totally worth it. 10/10
Miss LopezzLove the app so far, definitely considering purchasing a lifetime sub. One bug I have noticed is when you edit shared mode colors and then edit light or dark mode, one setting mode is saved over the other basically making it so your keys are either greyed in light mode or blacked out in dark mode. I know editing them individually should override but is not working fully as of the time of this review.
