FlareCare: Gut Health Tracker

I have been on hunt for awhile to find an app that can accurately track my Crohn’s disease symptoms in relation to food. And flaircare has definitely been amazing at providing me detailed insights on what foods are causing reactions. If you have a bowel disease, I would definitely recommend using flarecare to see the long-term health of your gut.

This app is just what I’ve been looking for! Perfect for tracking day-to-day symptoms, bowel movements, nutrition, etc. The AI component is also super helpful in navigating what foods to avoid and that kind of thing. Highly recommend to anyone with IBD who struggles to keep up with a physical food/symptom diary, this app is so much more convenient when you’re on the go. Also sends you personalised notifications every day!

Love the app but it doesn’t allow me to change the time of the food log.
