Step 1 — Install

Step 4 — Log readings you take yourself
Log everyday readings you take elsewhere: pulse, blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature. These are manual entries — the app stores and charts them, it doesn’t measure.
Step 5 — Set reminders and review
Set reminders for the entries and actions you want to keep up with, then review the charts to see the trend of the readings you’ve logged.
